Nice To Meet You

Welcome, my name is Tanya Ilaine . I’m a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to helping women reconnect with themselves and move through life with clarity, purpose, and resilience.

I specialize in individual psychotherapy for women aged 30 and older, with a particular focus on life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, identity, and emotional well-being. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, always honoring your unique story and cultural context.

Born in New Jersey and raised in South Florida, I proudly identify as a bilingual Latina and provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I understand how culture, family, and lived experience shape who we are — and how we heal. I strive to create a space where women feel seen, empowered, and safe to explore both their struggles and strengths.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, feeling emotionally stuck, or seeking greater alignment with your values and goals, I’m here to walk alongside you — with empathy, professionalism, and a deep respect for your lived experience.
